The Terraco EIFS Basecoat 25 kg is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious basecoat specifically developed for External Wall Insulation (EWI/ETICS) systems. It is designed to bond insulation boards, embed alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh and create a strong, durable base layer ready for decorative render finishes. Terraco's EIFS systems use the basecoat together with reinforcing mesh as a key structural layer beneath the final textured coating.

Offering excellent adhesion, flexibility and crack resistance, the basecoat provides long-lasting protection while improving the overall strength and durability of the external insulation system. Suitable for both residential and commercial projects, it is compatible with EPS, XPS and Mineral Wool insulation boards.
