5. Orders

For consumer orders, your statutory delivery rights under Irish law remain unaffected.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

8. Showroom Collection

Where available, customers may collect orders from our showroom at:

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Proof of order or identification may be requested when collecting goods.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under Irish and EU consumer law.

After informing us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, including some personalised, made-to-order or sealed hygiene-sensitive products where the legal requirements for an exemption apply.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected by these Terms.

A quotation does not constitute an accepted order unless confirmed by W MB Commerce Limited.
